A world-class education begins at Monash College.

For over 30 years, Monash College has provided over 90,000 students with a direct pathway to Monash University. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Monash University, the College offers a direct, guaranteed pathway to undergraduate and postgraduate study through our Diplomas, Foundation Year, Monash Advanced Preparation Program and English programs providing entry requirements and academic results are met.

A Monash College Diploma provides direct entry into the first or second year of selected Monash University undergraduate degrees. Each Diploma has been developed in consultation with Monash University faculties to ensure your smooth transition and success. We offer Diplomas in Art and Design, Arts (Sociology, Psychology and Media Communication streams), Business (Business and Commerce streams), Engineering, Information Technology and Science.

Our Diploma enables you to specialise in the subjects that are most relevant to your chosen field and your destination degree. You will develop skills in critical, analytical and creative thinking and a deep understanding of research techniques. Monash College’s Diploma has two parts. Your highest qualifications and results will determine which one you will commence in. Part 1 is for students with an Australian Year 11 qualification (or equivalent). If you complete part 2, you may be eligible to enter the second year of a relevant Monash University degree.

If you're interested in a career in education or teaching, you can add an education specialisation to your Arts, Business or Science Diploma – leading to an education double degree at Monash University.

At Monash College, we deliver the promise of Monash University – one of the world’s top 50 universities.
