As one of the largest providers of vocational and higher education programs in Victoria, we deliver programs across campuses at; Chadstone, Drummond Street (1km from our Chadstone campus and home to the Victorian Tunnelling Centre), Bourke Street (Melbourne), Glen Waverley, Moorabbin, and North Melbourne.

Our purpose-built learning spaces include: a dedicated health precinct with nursing wards and a simulation centre, renewable energy centre, student training restaurants, fashion studios, plant nurseries, and 25,000 square metres of simulated trade workspaces - just to name a few!

Concession
You may be eligible for a concession place if you are enrolling in a Certificate level course.
Concession fees for Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs are also available to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander learners.

Deferment
If you are a domestic higher education learner who receives a formal offer, you may have your enrolment deferred prior to starting your course for a maximum of two semesters.
Credit transfer/Exemptions
Credit Transfer/Exemptions Credit may be granted on the basis of previous completion of the same or equivalent units of competency or subjects at Holmesglen, other TAFE Institutions, other registered training organisations or higher education providers.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is an assessment process that assesses learner competency(s) acquired through work, life experiences, and/or previous study.

Student Wellbeing
You will have access to a wide range of Student Wellbeing support services to guide your Holmesglen experience and assist with your study journey. These include:
Accommodation
Holmesglen offers a range of accommodation options for its students. Depending on if you're a local student or an international student who's moving to Australia to study, there is support to help you find accommodation
Activities
As a Holmesglen student, you will have access to all types of activities and clubs, at little or no cost to you. These include trips, tours, sports, and events.
Apprentice Central
Our centralised support team focuses on your needs as an apprentice.
Apprentice Central works with you on things like financial issues, trouble managing work and studies, concerns about being able to finish your apprenticeship, and any problems you may have at work. Our goal is to make sure you complete your apprenticeship in a supported way.
Counselling
Life can be stressful and difficult at times, so we provide free and confidential counselling for all students. This includes welfare, study, personal, career counselling and more.
Learning Skills Centre
Keen to brush up on your academic and study skills, for free? We are here to help with assessments, report writing, research skills, note taking, summarising, referencing, time management, presentation, and general study skills.
Disability Support
If you need special consideration due to illness, or you have problems reading and writing, our Disability Officers can help minimise the impacts on your life while studying. We support you with notetakers, Auslan interpreters, study assistance and classroom participation assistants - whatever you need to feel confident.
First Nations student support
Our First Nations support team is here to assist First Nations students, provide activities and opportunities to engage with Indigenous culture, and offer career and personal counselling and disability support.
Job opportunities
Our Holmesglen Employment Centre can help you apply for jobs during and after your studies. Employers send us vacancies they are looking to fill, which means landing your dream job could be as easy as dropping in to say hi. We can also help you with resume writing, responding to selection criteria and interview techniques. Our Skills and Job Centre is for individuals and businesses seeking free expert advice on training and employment opportunities.
Medical centres
We have clinics on campus with bulk-billed doctors during term times. All you need to bring is your Medicare card or Overseas Student Health Card.
