VTAC application not working?

If your VTAC application is not working please clear your browser cache or cookies and check your computer has the minimum technical specifications before you contact VTAC .

Application access: things you can try

Having trouble logging into your VTAC account? This is often a temporary issue or due to something saved in the browser cache (for example, a previous version of the VTAC account). Some things you can try:

  • Refreshing your browser.
  • Try incognito mode. This opens a browser that has no cache.
  • Clear browser cache. This is the most effective way to ensure there is nothing blocking access.
  • Try a different browser. If the above does not work, you can try a different web browser. Sometimes it is difficult to remove everything from the browser cache.
  • Try a different device. Whether it’s your mobile phone, a friend or teachers’ laptop, otherwise wait until you get home to try on your home network or a parent’s device.

There may be other issues such as your firewall restricting access to the VTAC applicant portal. This could be an issue if you are on a school network.

Get in touch if none of the above work.
