Account inbox and activity log
Emails You May Receive from VTAC
VTAC may send you emails for the following reasons:
- Requesting additional documentation to support your educational claims.
- Informing you of important deadlines, such as the closure of applications.
- Notifying you if a course on your preference list has a specific course requirement.
- Confirming the successful submission of your course preferences or Equity Schemes (SEAS) and Scholarship application.
- Confirming the successful submission of an authorised nominee.
- Notifying you that you have received a course offer.
- Confirming changes to your account permissions.
- Providing relevant and helpful information related to your application, including the VTAC Newsletter.
Please note, this list is not exhaustive, and VTAC may contact you for other reasons not listed above.
Activity Log Overview
Your Activity Log displays a record of actions that have taken place within your VTAC account. This log includes date and time stamps for various activities, such as:
- Submission of your course application
- Updates to your course preferences
- Changes to your equity schemes and scholarship application
- And more.
How to access your Activity Log
- Log into your VTAC account
Use your registered email address and password to sign in. - Navigate to the Activity Log
Access this page by selecting it from the drop-down menu under Inbox, then scroll down to Activity Log.
Email Correspondence and the VTAC inbox
After creating your VTAC account, you will begin receiving email correspondence at the registered email address. These emails will also be accessible in the inbox within your VTAC account. You can view your inbox by selecting the icon in the top right corner of your account. Here, you can see the email subjects and timestamps. To read an email, simply click the subject link. Some emails may contain downloadable attachments, which will be available at the bottom of the email. If you have previously submitted an application, you can access an archive of emails related to past applications.
Please note that emails cannot be deleted.
