Be prepared: submit your equity schemes (SEAS) & scholarships documents by 10 September

When you upload Equity schemes (SEAS) & scholarships documentation to VTAC, we’ll review it to check for problems. This might be an illegible or blank document, an out-of-date financial statement, or a document which doesn't address the educational impact.

If we find an issue with your document, we’ll let you know so that you can upload a better one.

But this process takes time. If you upload your documents at the last minute, we may not be able to review your documents with enough time left to let you know that there’s a problem. You can’t upload any documents after the closing date.

To make sure you have enough time to re-submit in case of any problems, submit your documents by 10 September, and we guarantee we’ll review them before the official closing date on 13 October.
