The Gordon has five campuses. Two are located in Geelong, the largest regional city in Victoria and the gateway to the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Otways regions, which means you can enjoy a fantastic lifestyle while you study or work. We also have two campuses'- in Werribee and a smaller trades campus in Hoppers Crossing.

Pathways

Many Gordon courses offer pathways to higher qualifications within The Gordon and in some cases, to university degrees. Scholarships

Institutional scholarships queries should be directed to:

The Gordon's Scholarships ranging in value from $500 to $5000 can empower you to reach your educational goals, whilst also showcasing your passion, commitment, skills, leadership and innovation. Explore the different scholarships to see if you are eligible.

Unless otherwise specified, scholarships can help pay for study-related expenses, including course fees, books, study materials, travel costs and basic living expenses. Scholarships are tax deductable and are not redeemable for cash.

The Gordon Scholarship Program is made possible thanks to the valued partnership, support and generosity of over 20 benefactors. 

Fees and financial assistance

There are three elements to your course fees:

Resource or materials fees - This includes resources associated with your course, both physical and electronic. Every student will pay this fee and it will vary from course to course. You will not be eligible for a refund or credit if the materials have been opened or used.

Education Levy - Refers to the Education Levy fund's learner support services that assist you to succeed in your studies. It is a compulsory fee charged at $0.15 cents per nominal hour. This is charged to all students enrolling in units with a start date on or after 1st July 2021, excluding Short Course students, VET Delivered to Secondary School students and International students.

Tuition - This fee is for the whole course, not a per year fee. You will pay the fee according to your eligibility for a government

Tuition fee options

Free or discounted - If you qualify and the course is part of the Free TAFE or JobTrainer initiative. Find out more about free or discounted courses.

Concession - For students who have a concession card from Centrelink or the Department of Veteran Affairs, and meet the education and age criteria in our Fees and Charges Guide. Please see our Save on Fees brochure.

Standard - For Australian and New Zealand citizens or permanent residents who meet the education and age criteria in our Fees and Charges Guide.

Full fee - For anyone who does not meet the above criteria.

There are two options available to students needing fee help; VET Student Loans, an Australian Government loan scheme for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) students, and Fee Payment Plan.
